Just Discovered – How to Resolve Our Differences Quickly – Have a Beer with Me!

President Obama has invited Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates and Cambridge Police Sgt. James Crowley to the White House Thursday evening for a beer to help bury the hatchet on the arrest incident last week at Gates’ home.....UPDATE: “I think this will be a very casual affair. … I think as the President discussed last Friday, an effort and an opportunity to have greater communication, get to know each other and step back from the circumstances that brought everybody together over the past many days. But there’s no formal agenda, other than cold beer,” said Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs.--- News release on July 28, 2009

Unless one is stone deaf and blind as the proverbial bat, the news of the furor over the arrest of a Harvard professor by a police sergeant in Cambridge, Massachusetts most recently was played on a 24/7 schedule and everyone was hearing about it! This was mainly due to the fact that President Obama jumped into issue and made a statement about the police acting “stupidly.”

One could have practically predicted such a response from the president since he and the professor in question are not strangers. The Harvard bond reflects the old saying, “Blood runs thicker than water!”

So, how is this thing going to be resolved? The above tid-bit news item tells it all – the trio will dialog about it over a beer or beers if time drags a bit! Time is set for 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 30th, at a picnic table outside the White House.

This will set a new precedent – a “role model” president is broadcasting to the young – don’t get into conflicts, even race issues – just sit down and have some beer and settle it peaceably! Although more than a tad of tavern owners might tell you that beer consumption has contributed to some pretty ugly stuff in the past – even murder in some cases!

But not only in the establishments that sell beverage alcohol have some violent “differences” taken place, but in homes in which families were torn apart because someone or more than one someone had consumed some beer or another type of alcoholic beverage! The media, of course, are reluctant to give us all the facts when it comes to the death, destruction, shattered lives of all ages, and financial loss that is a direct result of the consumption of beverage alcohol -- beer included!

But since the president seems to have to publicize his “strategy” of bringing opposing parties together over beer, maybe this will be just the beginning of the resolving of conflicts in other areas as well.

How about inviting those members of Congress who are at each others’ throats over health care and other issues to just sit down together with the president and have some beer?

How about getting the opposing parties in Afghanistan and Iraq to come to the White House, have a few beers, talk, laugh and come to a mutually agreed statement that says, “We all acted stupidly – now we are going to work together, and if there is any more disagreement, we will sit down with President Obama and have a beer or more with him, and get our differences resolved!”

And since Iran seems to be a thorn in the flesh of many nations, our own included, how about B. O. inviting the head honcho of that nation over to the White House for some beer – even a keg if necessary!

The list is almost endless as to the possibilities of resolving conflicts on issues – pro-abortion and anti-abortion people, anti-Second Amendment people and pro-Second Amendment people, pro-national health care people and anti-national health care people, those afflicted with a racism spirit – yes, let’s do it – have them come and sit down with the president with a beer in their hand and get their differences resolved in a spirit of civility and good will. Then leave the party saying, “We no longer have our differences, thanks to our president and the beer party he threw for us!”

Perhaps all who benefit from this new approach to conflict resolution will also be able to say, “The best part about it was when those Clydesdales hauled the loaded wagon right up to the front door of the White House, making sure we didn’t run out when we were at the peak of our dialog!”

Bent Out of Shape Over Environmental Pollution, But Not a Word About Moral Pollution!

But they mingled with the Gentiles and learned their works; they served their idols, which became a snare to them. They even sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons, and shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with blood. Thus they were defiled by their own works, and played the harlot by their own deeds. Therefore the wrath of the LORD was kindled against His people, so that He abhorred His own inheritance. --- Psalm 106:35-40

Obama and “partners in crime” claim to be concerned about environmental pollution. They want to reduce the pollutants being released into the atmosphere – that is, those things such as CO2 and other threatening products produced by an industrialized nation which are causing the planet to heat up, so they claim. In light of this manufactured “crisis,” legislation is being railroaded through Congress which is going to be a very costly item for the citizens of this republic. Even the president (in a very rare moment) admits that it’s going to cost the consumers more money in a variety of ways as he vigorously pushes the nation to go “green.”

It is a blunder of the first magnitude that this man and his administration fail so miserably to realize that the moral pollution, to which he is a major contributor, is what will bring this nation to unprecedented disaster!

Cited above is a statement related to a people of long ago to whom God had shown great mercy and extreme patience with their moments of murmuring, complaining and rejection of His standards for holy behavior. They reached the point at which they could sink no lower in moral performance – the sacrificing of their own flesh and blood in heathen rituals! A culture can do many offensive things and ours has chosen to do that over recent decades, but the ultimate offense is when you take your own flesh and blood and terminate the life of that son or daughter before he or she has the opportunity to be born into the world!

We are cursed with a president who has aggressively supported the mass destruction of unborn children and continues to seek the removal of any and all restrictions now set in place by some states in an effort to protect the lives of the unborn in the latter stages of pregnancy.

There are a few, but not many, who see the handwriting on the wall – a republic and its leadership cannot survive when it has taken a low view of human life, treating it as a disposable commodity at the rate of about 25,000 times per week throughout the year!

Will the priority be shifted to giving attention to the moral pollution that guarantees the republic of the United States sure and certain destruction in the future? Highly unlikely, unless the intensified chastising actions on the part of Almighty God do arouse a concern upon the present occupant of the White House and in his mind (considered by many to be far above average, if not brilliant) a question arises, “Why is God doing these things to us?” There might just be a faint glimmer of hope!

Almost Like Judgment Day of a Kind, Isn't It?

Today is the day that politians look foward to more than kids on the day before Christmas. It's the day we citizens experience the horrors of a financial Dracula out of control as we endeavor to satisfy the ever growing demands of the Internal Revenue Service (the United States' version of the Gestapo) -- now don't get upset - there are enough tales of terror documented about IRS operations to verify that preceding remark!

Today is also the day of "Tea Parties" all over the United States. It started with an idea of sending tea bags to the people in Congress -- tea representing "Taxed Enough Already!" The idea evolved and now the tea party protest is taking place all over the U.S. Fox News people have played a great part in promoting this and of course, it has captured other media attention as well. Will it accomplish anything of significance with an out of control spender in the White House who talks the kind of talk that "spend like there's no tomorrow" members of Congress will follow like meek little lambs to the slaughter? Not likely!

It's time to return to the original Boston Tea Party days -- you remember, do you not, that the revolutionaries threw the tea off the ships into the harbor. I vote to repeat that with one difference -- instead, throw the White House administration people, the members of the U. S. Congress, and the members of the U. S. Supreme Court overboard and then start with a total fresh slate -- maybe then there might be a glimmer of hope!

Joseph Goebbels Would Nod in Hearty Approval with a Big Smile on His Face!

The recent passed stimulus bill by the U. S. Congress is regarded to be the “cure all” needed in the long run for our country’s recovery and reviving of the economy according to David Axelrod, Senior Advisor to President Obama, on February 15, 2009.

Chris Wallace of Fox News interviewed David Axelrod on Sunday, February 15, 2009. Axelrod holds a significant position in the Obama Administration. He possesses the title of Senior Advisor to President Obama. His background is interesting, revealing deep involvement in politics the last number of years. He is a senior partner at the consulting firm, AKP&D Message and Media based in – guess where? – yes, in good old Chicago, home of infamous political shenanigans of the most imaginable kind!

His bond with Obama? Not hard to figure that one – it is reported that Axelrod helped Obama, an Illinois state senator at the time, defeat a primary field of six other Democrats and then go on to a landslide victory in winning a seat in the United States Senate.

Actually from what this man says about anything related to the Obama presidency it might be better to change his title from Senior Advisor to that of Propaganda Minister or something akin to that.

Maybe you remember -- there was this little guy who lived a few decades ago and held a special position in the government of which he was a very important part – he was head of “National Ministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda” in the Third Reich under Adolph Hitler. He inspired the German people with all kinds of stuff and led them to believe their leader was the best in the world and had their very best interests at heart – all they had to do was listen to their leader and do what he wanted and before they knew it, Germany would enter its promised “golden age!” In fact the thinking was that a Reich would be established that would stand for a thousand years!

In listening to Axelrod you hear nothing but great things being done and planned by B. Hussein Obama. The passage of the recent stimulus bill (which not one member of Congress was able to read in its entirety before voting) is declared to be a great victory and will get this country over this economic “bump in the road!” It’s just the greatest thing since “sliced bread,” to use an ancient cliché.

On bipartisanship as pertaining to the passage of the bill, Obama cannot claim that to be a significant factor as he had hoped -- no Republicans in the House voted for it and 3 turn-coat Republicans (Collins, Snowe and Specter) in the Senate voted for it. Actually these three are Democrats wearing a cloak that says, "Republican!" But masterful Axelrod glosses over all that and discounts it as though it were nothing -- the big thing is that his boss won a major "victory."

Regarding appointments to the cabinet – D. A. insists that the administration has high ethical standards and only selects the highest caliber people to serve. And as could be expected, he gives Timothy (Ooops! I didn’t pay all my taxes!) Geithner very high marks and the fact that this man is brilliant and will help to lead us out of this economic chaos in which we presently find ourselves.

The propaganda choo-choo continues to roar down the tracks with Axelrod indicating the president intends to open things up for government funding of embryonic stem cell research – this means huge numbers of humans in the early stage of formation will be destroyed. This was not the policy set in place by the Bush Administration. But Axelrod paints this scenario as nothing short of being saintly and “saving” the nation by such a change of policy.

And we can assume that this senior White House advisor was completely supportive of Obama’s rather secret signing of an order overturning the former Bush policy which banned the use of funds for use by groups in foreign nations that in the name of “family planning” perform abortions and/or counsel abortion to be the answer to a problem pregnancy!

Further, it is more than an outside possibility that he fully supports President Obama’s intention to sign the Freedom of Choice Act which literally will declare open season on unborn children at any stage of pregnancy, even when they are but minutes away from being born! It would be interesting to hear how this senior advisor would phrase this and attempt to justify it. Certainly it would be in the very spirit and logic of that little guy named Joe who lived decades ago and mislead a nation into believing they were on the road to paradise when in reality they were on the road to collapse, total ruin and destruction.

But if we could resurrect Joseph Goebbels and have him listen to David Axelrod, the propaganda minister of the Third Reich would nod his head in approval and a great big smile would form on his face! If he were to comment, perhaps he would say something like this – “I couldn’t have done it better myself!”

One observation was worded this way: “Dr. Joseph Goebbels convinced a whole nation to abandon their ideals and embark on a frivolous conquest through Europe. He led millions to their destruction. He made a people believe in their Leader up to the bitter end. In short, Dr. Goebbels was a dark genius.”

What might we expect down the road when one who has been elected to lead a republic shows that he takes a very low view of human life and does not give a second thought to the destruction of human beings in the early stages of their development while actually signing orders that expand greatly the “shedding of innocent blood.” All the while, a senior advisor attempts to lead us into believing we are on the threshold of a golden age period never before experienced in the history of our republic!

About once a week a letter is sent to President Obama about the real critical issues which need to be addressed in this nation. At the bottom of that letter is the picture of an unborn child which has been dismembered in the process of terminating its life before it was able to be born because of an insane decision on the part of its “mother” and intentional act on the part of a “doctor.”

A statement above that picture goes something like this – “The Nazis didn’t get away with their version of “Holocaust” and neither shall we with our version of the same!"

By the way – victims in the Nazi version were in the neighborhood of 14 to 15 million, 6 million of which were Jews. We, a professed civilized society, have just passed the 50 million mark a few days after B. Hussein Obama became president! And that is likely a very conservative figure because of sloppy reporting when it comes to the destruction of unborn children plus the human embryos that have been and will be destroyed.

Just something to think about and to remember as the calamities intensify in the days to come -- and as part of that remembering process, think about how leaders in a nation can by their blind and very foolish actions, bring about a response from Almighty God that will be most unpleasant to say the least!

Forked Tongue #3!

We were confronted with lots of campaign rhetoric by President B. Hussein Obama stressing that the “change” he was going to bring about would involve no lobbyists, transparency, accountability, a high standard of ethics, sacrifice etc. You remember such statements, do you not? It was like hearing one of those old vinyl 33 1/3 records which had become cracked and all you heard was a repeat of a few words or bars of music over and over again until you hit the arm of the player and got it out of the grove with the crack in it!

Let’s start with the ethics of talking “sacrifice” to the American people and mentioning such things as driving SUV’s (we need to quit that) and getting that thermostat set below 72 degrees (especially those who live in winter climate), etc. Here’s a guy that has not shown one single shred of evidence that he and his family are making some sacrifices and leading by example. He’s got that new monster of a limousine which cost a tad more than $1.39 and all the luxuries of the White House with tons of money involved (our money by the way). A comment by one of the staff indicated that President Obama keeps the thermostat set high because “he is from Hawaii” and he desires the high temperature – a temperature in which it was added, “you could grow orchids in there!”

His inauguration was the most outlandish ever in terms of money spent. A report indicated a party held recently at the White House featured steaks on the menu among other things – cost of the steaks? A modest $100 a pound! The guys that sold the Pentagon $100 hammers and $30 screws some years ago must have gone into the cattle business and are now selling meat to the White House! How do you suppose that strikes the low income families across the country and those millions who have lost their jobs?

There was vehement insistence that lobbyists would not be a part of the Obama Administration. But there’s that guy named William Lynn who has been chosen by the president to be Deputy Secretary of Defense – the #2 job in the agency! He was a registered lobbyist for the giant defense contractor, Raytheon Co., from 2003 through June 2008. He served in the capacity of being “senior Washington operations executive” for Raytheon. Will it be like going back home to the Pentagon? Anyway, he gets a “free pass” from the president with the appeal by someone speaking on behalf of the president that this Lynn fellow is very highly qualified and he is needed!

That seems to be the tune played each time there are some highly questionable ethical matters lurking in the background of some appointees such as H. Clinton (conflict of interests), the new Secretary of Treasury, Tim Geithner, with tax problems and the incoming Attorney General, Eric Holder, with some dubious activity in his background dating back to the Clinton era. It came to light that Tom Daschle also had tax problems – that is, paying all his taxes – seems he had “neglected” some! But on February 3 he announced he was withdrawing his name from consideration. Once in a long while there may be a small bit of good news coming out of Washington DC, but very seldom -- especially on the subject of ethics, etc.

On being “transparent” the opening hours indeed were a display of that as a myriad of pictures were taken as the new president signed a number of documents. One the big photo ops took place when he signed legislation that assured employees of equal pay for the same job rather than some (usually females) getting less than male counterparts for the same kind of work done. People were practically falling over one another as the bill was signed and the president handed the pen to one of the witnesses. They had just about everything at that one except a full fledged band giving a drum roll!

But this “transparency” is quite selective – on the day (Jan. 23) after the annual March for Life (mass protest of abortion) in Washington DC the president signed an order that changed things drastically -- no cameras or video recorders present at that one! There had been a standard in place in which our tax dollars could not be used for family planning organizations in foreign countries that perform abortions or encourage women to employ this route to take care of a problem pregnancy. President B. Hussein Obama, being an ardent supporter of abortion, reversed the policy so that now our tax dollars will help to fund abortions and counseling services which encourage pregnant women to murder the child whom God is forming in their wombs!


However, when you have circulated for years in the environment of Chicago and Illinois politics and cut your political eye teeth in that environment the word “ethics” has two meanings. One, it has to do with a Judeo-Christian standard of truth and righteousness as based on God’s revelation in determining what is right and wrong when it comes to human conduct, relationships and moral responsibility – this is totally alien to the Chicago brand of politics! There is still a minority of citizens who believe in that description as to what ethics is about. But when the word, ethics, comes from politicians in high places, it doesn’t mean a thing – it is simply employed to gain favor and approval of people so that they are led to believe that there is no longer a clear line between right and wrong – everything is simply a murky gray and we are the sole judges as to what is right or wrong, according to our unregenerate way of thinking and reasoning!

The president was given many millions of dollars in his quest to buy the White House. Now that he has purchased it, the time has now arrived for pay backs and ethics is something you can only briefly mention from time to time but cannot practice because of the Mt. Everest sized pile of those pay-back obligations!

The foremost Authority on human behavior addressed such issues as those cited above a long time ago and the standards have not changed. Unfortunately that Authority is ignored today within the circles of elitist power and wealth just as He has always been from generation to generation. But the time is coming when Jesus Christ will personally interrupt the flow of human history as King of kings and Lord of lords and when He does, the whole world will know what genuine ethics, transparency and accountability are all about! It will be far from a Sunday School picnic thing for those who may have tossed the word "ethics" around repeatedly but failed miserably to put it into practice!

And He said to them, "You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God. --- Luke 16:15

“Tough Guy” As Chief of Staff? Why Not Someone Much More Superior?

There you have it – what better way can it be said as to the character of the person who fills the position of Chief of Staff in the Obama kingdom? That in itself should tell us that the future of our republic is far from bright and we'll not make it to the Obama "promised land" as we have been led to believe!

God has spelled out clearly what all persons must do in order to be under His blessing and receive guidance in order to insure future peace, prosperity, security and contentment.

It begins with a spirit of repentance, the realization of the need of God’s mercy and forgiveness and a commitment to serve Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. It is extremely rare for those in the business of politics to make such a beginning or confess to such a need. But once in a great while it does happen. B. Hussein Obama’s Chief of Staff provides no solid evidence that he has chosen to go this route – read again the Carney description!

Now read some things God has to say about how it is to be if we are going to rightly relate to Him and experience the fullness of His blessings:

He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? --- Micah 5:8

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart; these, O God, You will not despise. --- Psalm 51:17

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. --- 1 Peter 5:6, 7

However, the most powerful statement on the issue of either doing it our way (being a tough guy) or God’s way is declared by Jesus in John 15 – note carefully the specifics for experiencing the best in life:

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.” --- John 15:1-8

A Chief of Staff who submits his will to the will of God in humility will do a much better job in that awesome position, will he not? Honesty dictates that such a person would be far superior to the one now selected to hold that position. But on the other hand, he would be as much out of place in the Obama nation as a lamb in a stadium filled with hungry wolves!

Don't forget -- there is a solid fact to remember as this republic continues to slide down the slippery slope toward inevitable judgment and disaster -- even “tough guys” will come to a place where their foul mouths will be silenced and right on schedule

they have to face the reality well described by the famous Gomer Pyle, “Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!” Guess what? It’s now time to face the Judge of all human beings and answer as to why His holy will was totally ignored and a course of action was pursued which led to unprecedented disaster for millions!

Another Pot vs. Kettle Incident!

“No experience!” from a mighty chorus of Democratic voices responding to John McCain’s choice of Alaska governor, Sarah Palin, for his vice presidential running mate in the November 2008 election.

At least you can say one thing – they always manage without fail to be consistent in their inconsistency! In the dirty world of politics it has always been that way for many decades in a republic known as the United States.

So this time it’s the Democrats hammering on the issue of inexperience on the part of Alaska governor, Sarah Palin. Granted she hasn’t been into the political game for very long. But this much can be said – she has rattled a few cages among even the Republicans and wisely distanced herself from Alaska’s two prominent senators who are being investigated on charges of corruption.

This amounts to nothing less than the traditional pot calling the kettle black! Think seriously about this for more than 60 seconds – what about the Dem’s “shooting star” of the moment? B. O. doesn’t have very much to offer either – limited time in the Illinois legislature in which one of his “triumphs” was blocking efforts to try to protect late term unborn children from being executed before being born! Then on to the U. S. Senate in January 2005 – so that he can hardly be referred to as a seasoned veteran in dealing with domestic and foreign affairs.

B. O.’s running mate, Joe Biden, has been in the senate since January 1972. Joe is considered to be an “expert” in foreign policy matters. The problem, however, is this – when Joe speaks about anything, foreign or domestic, is he expressing his own thoughts or is he stating what someone else has said? He’s been known to “borrow” statements and ideas of others and present them as though they were his very own!

One thing of which we can be certain – whichever “team” moves into the White House come January 2009, there will be no serious confronting of the ethical, moral and spiritual crises that are provoking the Creator of this universe to pour out His wrath upon us because we have rejected His laws and live as though He doesn’t even exist! And God has made it abundantly clear -- the governing powers of a nation are responsible not only to set a personal example of holy conduct and exhibiting that obeying God is a priority issue each day, but to challenge the citizens also to seek and obey God in order that the nation will be blessed rather than go through the chaos of chastising actions and ultimately judgment if repentance does not take place!

By the way, one of the last pot vs. kettle incidents involved George Bush saying we had to take out Saddam Hussein because he was a brutal and cruel dictator as well as a threat to world peace – and so we did, learning that there were probably 1 million or so victims of his and his sons’ brutality.

Now how many unborn children do you think have been brutally mutilated and murdered since March of 2003 when we set about to deliver the citizens of Iraq from Saddam’s brutality? Bush has been silent about that – but he’s not the only one – so have a lot of other politicians and a number of church leaders as well. Among the church leaders, United Methodist bishops have been notoriously silent.

In the meantime watch for those many occasions in which the pot calls the kettle black – it happens quite often in the “land of the free and the home of the brave!”

B. O. Says No More SUV's!

"We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times ... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK..." --- Remarks by Senator Barack Obama while campaigning in Oregon

B. O. is determined that SUV's and other products and practices which consume tons and tons of energy in the United States will be eliminated when he takes over the presidency in January 2009! Along with the tirade about the SUV's B. O. also stressed that the United States has to lead by example!

You thought the day of miracles is no more? Well it is nothing short of a miracle that B. O. didn't bite his tongue in half with those remarks!

Let's see now -- he is practically demanding that U. S. citizens give up their SUV's among other things (and no, I don't own one myself) -- as president, will he give up that gas hog of a limousine? Aren't presidents supposed to set an example for the citizens of this republic? All he has to do is trade that gas guzzler in and settle for one of those little hybrids now being built by most manufacturers!

And then there's that monstrosity named Air Force One in which it is guaranteed that he just won't be able to resist taking flights all over the place -- that thing gulps fuel like there's no tomorrow, and costs thousands of dollars for each minute it is in the air!

So, B. O. -- how about setting a noble example for the citizens by putting Air Force One into mothballs and using a small fuel efficient Cessna or Beechcraft instead?

OK, OK -- I already know -- once he moves into the White House (if he gets elected) in January 2009, he likely will tell us what to do about saving energy and "going green" but will in no way set any kind of a noteworthy example himself!

Main problem? Once one tastes the power, control and prestige of that office, all rhetoric used to hoodwink the public to get elected is long forgotten!

On the other hand, God sometimes gives a people exactly what they deserve when it comes to the process of government! A people long ago wanted things which were not good for them, in spite of God warning them of the consequences. So what was the result? We are told that He gave them the desires of their hearts, but sent leaness to their souls! If you want to check up on that, it's in the book of Psalms. I could give you the specific location, chapter and verse, but the exercise of looking it up does one good -- just like a brisk walk in the morning as the day begins!

So, if you have one those SUV's which B. O. railed against, hang on to it -- put a sign on it which says, "I'll give up my SUV when B. O. gives up his limousine and Air Force One!"

A Prophecy About January 20, 2009!

They make a rapid fire machine gun seem like an ancient musket used in the Revolution by comparison -- whom, you ask? Why those "news" people on TV and their mouths moving at a rate that far exceeds that 30 or 50 caliber automatic weapon!

Get them started on the present political mess taking place and they can go non-stop long after the cows have come home! If you really want some comedy in this, then hit the mute button and leave it on for a few minutes -- pleasant relief that beats anything you buy over the counter at your local drug store!

In the midst of all this is the attempt to speculate a bit as to who the occupant of the White House will be at the close of the day on January 20, 2009.

Three Prominent Buildings in Washington DC Are in Urgent Need of Repainting!

My son, if sinners entice you, do not consent. Yes, indeedy – certain buildings in Washington DC are in urgent need of repainting! You may ask why this should be since everything looks pretty good from news photos and/or personal observations about the city, etc.

The three prominent buildings which need to be repainted are the White House, the Capitol Building, and the Supreme Court Building which stands not too far from the Capitol.

What color? There is only one appropriate color – blood red! Now, hold on for a moment – think it through and see if that color isn't a more accurate reflection of what the city is about as it hosts the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of the federal government in a republic known as the United States of America.

White symbolizes purity, but by what stretch of the most carnal imagination could one conclude that Washington DC is a display of that very holy and noble trait? No, let's make it a color that tells us what kind of city it really is, not what it pretends or professes to be!

The blood of millions of murdered unborn innocent children must be laid at the doorsteps of these buildings and rest upon the heads of those persons who occupy those buildings!

January 22, 1973 will go down as a date much more infamous than December 7, 1941 – the Japanese sneak attack took a few thousand lives – what the Supreme Court did in January of 1973, with ongoing support by many in the Legislative Branch and indifference by others in that same branch of government, and no serious or prolonged objection from the Executive Branch, the toll is moving up toward 50 million victims! That’s an ocean of innocent blood since 1973!

So that everyone may know – people who see news video and published photos of those buildings – tourists who view them on site – let the White House, the Capitol, and the Supreme Court Building be repainted bloody red in color. That will more accurately reflect and witness to what we have become before the entire world – a nation which has devised its own special tailor-made version of “Holocaust.”

But perhaps before the paint is mixed and the cans opened, God will step in and do some things by way of action that will quickly remind all of us that we really didn’t get away with it after all. Furthermore, in our stupidity of throwing around that term, “constitutional rights,” we will discover too late that our warped interpretation of claiming it is a “constitutional right” to shed innocent blood does not supersede the moral laws of Almighty God Who had a special plan in mind for each one of those millions of victims!

You Think You've Had Nightmares Before? Here's a Possible "Granddaddy" for 2008!

Now a word was secretly brought to me, and my ear received a whisper of it. After her embarrassment in the Iowa caucus, Mrs. Clinton got a measure of revenge over B. Obama in New Hampshire. These two Democratic front runners are in a real slugfest to say the least. It will be brass knuckles all the way through successive primaries in the coming weeks and months.

How about this for a winning "combo" come election time in November 2008? Mrs. C. and B. O. hooking up in an effort to win the White House for 4 years starting in January 2009?

Each of these is appealing to and receiving support from certain segments of the population -- add them together and you have a number that no other candidate, Democrat or Republican, can match!

Never happen, you say? That could be and I am certainly no prophet nor the son of a prophet on such matters. But I do remember back when John Kennedy was running for president -- he and Lyndon Johnson despised each other, but it was recognized that Kennedy had to take Texas if he was going to have a chance at winning the presidency -- and so, politics being the smelly and hypocritical business that it usually is, L.B.J. was put on the ticket as Vice President and Kennedy won Texas and the office of President of the U.S.A!

Now in the Mrs. C. and B. O. deal -- with each possessing an ego that makes Mt. Everest seem like a miniature mole hill by way of comparison, there could be more than a bit of tension as to who has what slot -- but B. O. is a very young man in the political realm -- he could serve 2 terms as a V. P. and still be young when it comes to making a run for the presidency.

Many have been amazed at the meteoric rise of B. O. in such a short time in the game of politics, but remember this -- a meteor makes a very bright and spectacular flash in the sky for a short time and then it's done -- there's nothing left afterward but dust and ashes! Politicians in recent decades have resembled this process again and again with lots of dust and ashes left in their wake!

If the Mrs. C. and B. O. combo should actually happen, look out -- a nightmare of indescribable horror will begin in January of 2009!

But then if either one of the above captures the presidency with someone else as her or his V.P. it will still be one that will qualify for an entry in the Guinness Book of Records as the most horrifying happening ever to hit a republic known as the U.S. of A!
